Terms and Conditions
1. Bookings and Payment
a. Full payment must be made at the time of the transaction unless stated otherwise.
b. All bookings must be made via Bank Transfer or PayPal.
c. Once the booking is secured, it is understood that you agree to the terms and conditions stated on this document.
2. Cancellation and Refunds
a. If you need to cancel your booking, please let us know as soon as possible.
b. If you cancel more than 90 days before the event, we will refund you in full subject to an admin fee.
c. If you cancel less than 90 days before the event, we reserve the right to retain the full hire charge.
d. If we have to cancel your booking due to any circumstances, we will refund your payment in full.
e. The garden games can be enjoyed indoors as well as outdoors therefore the booking is non-refundable in the event of rain or any other extreme weather condiƟons.
3. Delivery and Collection
a. We will deliver and set up the garden games / photobooth to the agreed location at the agreed Time on the day of the event.
b. The hire period is from the agreed delivery time to the agreed collection Ɵme.
4. Use of equipment
a. You are responsible for the safe and appropriate use of all equipment
b. Children must be supervised at all Ɵmes when using the games.
c. The games must not be used for any commercial purposes without our prior wriƩen consent.
d. The hirer takes full responsibility of the games between the agreed Ɵmes.
5. Damage and Loss
a. You will be liable for any damages to any equipment.
b. If anything is lost or stolen, you will be liable for the replacement cost.
6. Liability
a. We will not be liable for any loss, damage or injury arising from the use of our products except where such loss, damage or injury is caused by our negligence or breach of these terms.
b. Our liability in respect of any claims for loss or damage arising from our negligence or breach of these terms and condiƟons shall be limited to the hire charge.
7. Miscellaneous
a. These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and us and
supersede any previous agreements or understandings.
